About Steve
Steve Aylward has been a proud resident of East Whiteland and the Great Valley School District for 28 years. A father of two GVSD alumnae and a dedicated community leader, Steve brings real-world experience, strategic leadership, and a passion for education to the table.
With a 30-year background in business—including senior leadership roles at Siemens Medical Solutions and Microsoft—Steve understands how to solve complex problems and lead with vision. As the founder of Westwood Solutions and a longtime member of multiple local boards, he has built a reputation as someone who listens, acts, and delivers results.
Why I’m Running
Steve is running to bring much-needed accountability, transparency, and balance to the Great Valley School Board. He believes every student deserves a safe and values-based education, and that parents and the community deserve a voice in district decisions.
